Our Podiatrist
Dr Fernando Alves completed Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Podiatry at La Trobe University, with training in Melbourne's leading 'High risk foot' hospitals and podiatry clinics.
Dr Alves has registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
He has proudly serviced the Yarra Glen and Lilydale community since 2021 and trusted within the community.
Enjoying all facets of podiatry, Dr Alves has a special interest in the management of sporting injury and rehabilitation, as well as paediatric related cases. He has experience in working with high risk patients that live with diabetes and began his early working career at a allied health clinic working along site sports physiotherapists.
Dr Alves prides himself on his empathetic and considered approach to patients, understanding that foot and ankle conditions and injury can have significant consequences on a patient's wellbeing and quality of life. He will ensure that you receive the best possible treatment whilst under his care.
